On the starting line of the Nascar track at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Yes that is a Cop behind me. We were getting ready for a photoshoot and I guess they wanted to make sure we weren't going to take a "Lap" around the track.

MY SKYLINE GETS A MAKEOVER 1040
The following are pics of various stages of the rebuild.
As you can see I had the engine painted metalic graphite. It's hard to see but this block is the N42 My F54 block is in store for bigger and better things.
Hard to beleive that such a thin (skinny) block can produce such vast amounts of torque.
Here the engine is nearly complete. Notice the CSR electric waterpump and single groove pulley damper from MotorSports Auto.
Just another shot of the engine only this time with the oil pan installed. The alternator is from Summit Racing. It's a one wire type and it's GM, yes it works on my Nissan.
The intake and Cold Fusion Nitrous plumbing installed.

Just the otherside.
I know it's hard to see what you're looking at but it's the side view at deck level showing the piston dome AND about 1.5mm of the flat surface of the piston. With my head milled 10,000ths and my block milled 5,000ths I am afraid my compression may exceed 14:1. Remember I am using the E31 head off the early 240Z, compression using that head is already high.
Here is the stage 4 ACT 6 puck clutch kit from Clutch Specialties.
The engine in the car with the Japanese header installed. The two tubes were flattened, for what reason I don't know.
This pic has the heat shield that will aid in keeping the direct heat from the header from boiling the fuel inside the triple Mikuni carbs. Also for further insurance I wrapped the header tubes under the heat shield. You can just make it out if you look closely.
